Support Officer (Spanish)

Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Coordination and management of the Support Department 
  • Monitor all incoming transactions of the clients 
  • Run electronic verification 
  • Request and review KYC documents 
  • Ensuring quality customer support through live chats, emails and phone 
  • Managing and updating customer records 
  • Ensuring that documentation is kept up to date and accurate, in compliance with regulations 
  • Handling back office queries 

Requirements 

  • University Degree 
  • Minimum 3 years experience in similar position 
  • Excellent knowledge of Spanish and English language 
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office tools 
  • Excellent knowledge of MetaTrader platforms and FX industry 
  • Ability to work in shifts following below work schedule rotation: 00:00-08:00 (1st week), 08:00-16:00 (2nd week), 16:00-00:00 (3rd week)
